Devenez Mechanical Operations Manager chez Liege Airport et pilotez la maintenance d'un parc unique au sein d’un environnement passionnant. En tant que Mechanical Operations Manager, vous intégrez le département maintenance de l'aéroport de Liège pour piloter l'efficacité opérationnelle du service mécanique. Votre rôle est central : vous assurez la disponibilité constante d'une flotte diversifiée (véhicules de déneigement, camions incendie, engins d'avitaillement) dans un environnement aéroportuaire tournant 24h/24. En binôme avec le Mechanical Technical Manager, vous apportez une vision stratégique et une rigueur organisationnelle pour moderniser les processus de maintenance.

Responsabilités:

  • Manage a team of 4 mechanics and a Technical Trainer on a daily basis
  • Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance operations for the vehicle fleet
  • Manage contractual and administrative aspects related to external service providers and monitor framework maintenance contracts
  • Supervise the snow removal operational system during the winter period as the on-call mechanical reference
  • Optimize the use of CMMS software ensuring data accuracy
  • Develop and implement detailed performance indicators (KPIs) to analyze team and subcontractor efficiency
  • Prepare and monitor operating budgets (OPEX) and investment budgets (CAPEX) for strategic fleet renewal.

Exigences:

  • Master Ingénieur industriel or a technical bachelor with significant fleet management experience
  • at least 5 years of experience in operational maintenance, including supervision of technical teams
  • Excellent collaboration skills
  • Mastery of computer management tools, particularly CMMS and ERP software
  • Knowledge of issues related to electric vehicles and a strategic vision
  • Excellent French (C1) and good basics in technical English (B1)
  • Rigorous organization in the face of climatic or operational emergencies specific to the airport sector.
