Description du poste:

Pour un leader technologique de premier plan, nous recherchons un(e) Ingénieur(e) mécanique pour piloter le développement de solutions matérielles complexes, de la phase de besoin jusqu’à la qualification finale. Véritable architecte technique, vous ne produisez pas les modèles 3D vous-même, mais vous travaillez en binôme étroit avec un ou plusieurs mechanical designers pour orienter les choix de conception. Vous êtes le garant de la performance, de la robustesse et de la fabricabilité de la solution tout au long du cycle de vie du produit.

Responsabilités:

  • Conception et spécifications : analyser les besoins clients, identifier les exigences critiques et élaborer les spécifications produit (PIDS) et les architectures mécaniques (HDD)
  • Pilotage de la solution : orienter les choix techniques (matériaux, procédés, technologies) et encadrer les travaux de modélisation CAO réalisés par le bureau d'études
  • Dossier de définition : construire et maintenir la nomenclature technique (EBOM) ainsi que le dossier de définition produit, en assurant la traçabilité et la cohérence avec les outils PLM
  • Cycle de validation (IVVQ) : définir les plans de test environnementaux (vibrations, température), supporter les campagnes d'essais et rédiger les dossiers de justification de conception (DJD)
  • Coordination transverse : assurer la liaison avec les équipes industrialisation, qualité, achats et méthodes pour garantir une production sans faille
  • Amélioration continue : capitaliser sur les retours d'expérience pour enrichir le référentiel technique de l'entreprise

Exigences:

  • Expertise technique : excellente maîtrise de la conception mécanique (analyse fonctionnelle, résistance des matériaux, tolérancement)
  • Ingénierie de validation : capacité à définir et interpréter des protocoles d'essais mécaniques et fonctionnels complexes
  • Gestion documentaire : aptitude à structurer des dossiers techniques robustes et à utiliser des outils PLM
  • Communication : vous possédez une réelle pédagogie technique pour coordonner des équipes multidisciplinaires
  • Organisation : capacité à gérer les priorités et à respecter les jalons projets
  • Esprit d'analyse : aptitude à identifier les risques et à proposer des solutions optimisées (coût, poids, fiabilité)
