Description du poste:

Ce projet de stage s’inscrit dans la dynamique du partenariat d'innovation Cométha. Le stage vise à valider à l'échelle pilote des solutions de co-traitement des boues des eaux usées et de la fraction organique des ordurées ménagères résiduelles. L'installation pilote industrielle à Valenton, et les travaux complémentaires à réaliser à Compiègne seront les terrains d'exercice du stage.

Responsabilités:

  • Surveillance du processus biologique de l’unité pilote
  • Suivre les tâches planifiées à réaliser dans le laboratoire
  • Veiller au respect du planning et à la collecte et l’analyse des échantillons
  • Veiller au bon déroulement des protocoles d’essai et à la collecte des données et échantillons
  • Organiser et participer régulièrement à des réunions d’avancement
  • Rédiger des rapports d’avancement
  • Participer à la valorisation de ses travaux

Exigences:

  • Bac+4/Bac+5, Élève d’ingénieur, Master ou équivalent
  • Compétences en génie des procédés / génie de l'environnement
  • Bon niveau d’anglais, curiosité, proactivité, autonomie, capacité de travail en équipe

Souhaitable:

  • Compétences en procédés de traitement des eaux usées et des déchets appréciées
  • Le fait d’être véhiculé serait apprécié

  • Contribuer à la rédaction du rapport RSE et à la mise à jour des indicateurs ESG (environnement, social et ressources humaines, gouvernance, relations avec les parties prenantes, ancrage territorial et impact sociétal, reporting et amélioration continue de nos initiatives)
  • Réaliser une veille sur les bonnes pratiques RSE et les évolutions réglementaires
  • Soutenir l’organisation d’actions de sensibilisation en interne (ateliers, communications, événements)
  • Collaborer avec les différents départements pour recenser et valoriser les actions existantes
  • Participer à l’élaboration de supports de communication (interne/externe)
