Responsabilités
Define marketing strategies to accelerate growth through new product innovations and disruptive brand positioning
Collaborate with R&D and medical advisors to build evidence-based consumer benefits and claims
Lead 360° communication plans for global launches (digital, in-store, B2B/B2C)
Drive projects on CRM, personalization, and consumer journey innovation
Interact with global marketing communities to share best practices and ensure alignment
Roll out marketing roadmaps across multiple geographies (France, Italy, Iberia, DACH, Middle East, Turkey & Africa)
Define value Proposition, Turn breakthrough product innovations into clear, compelling, and differentiated offers tailored to both B2B and B2C audiences
Coordinate launch plans, BtC campaigns, and partnership programs with ECPs (Eyecare Professionals)
Monitor business performance and implement corrective actions
Lead product innovation and ensure fast execution of strategic decisions
Exigences
Extensive experience in Marketing within Consumer Healthcare, FMCG and/or Optical industries
Strong expertise in brand strategy, product innovation, and go-to-market execution
Proven ability to manage complex projects and cross-functional teams
Proven experience in people management and talent development, ideally in a matrix or international environment
Strategic & Analytical: Able to define growth strategies and interpret market insights
Creative & Bold: Comfortable with disruptive concepts and storytelling
Agile & Resilient: Thrive in fast-changing environments and adapt quickly
Collaborative: Skilled at working with global and regional stakeholders
Able to inspire, coach, and develop teams while fostering collaboration across functions and geographies
