The Marketing Intern reports directly to the Marketing Manager, and works closely in synergy with the Marketing Executive. The Marketing Intern is supporting the Marketing team in all projects across the different business teams, and helps the Marketing team to implement a number of marketing activities. The individual works operationally through various Marketing tools and especially through our CRM: Salesforce.

Responsabilités

  • Work on guest lists and campaigns in CRM for events and content
  • Improve quality of France database and GDPR compliance
  • Build & update campaign distribution lists
  • Find, create and update contacts and databases
  • Manage lifecycle of contacts
  • Support pre and post-event follow-up in Salesforce
  • Help & support on operational and administrative tasks of events
  • Be present at major events
  • Manage Marketing Goodies
  • Create events invitation drafts in Cvent
  • Complete database for event venues
  • Help on main internal events
  • Work on a business deck for Law Firms
  • Create designs & captions for social media channels
  • Create emailing templates
  • Draft communications
  • Benchmark on social media
  • Update the annual Newsletter
  • Update Corporate Marketing documents
  • Update Marketing onboarding deck

Exigences

  • Business school master’s student in Marketing with 4/5 years’ higher education
  • Available to start in June 2026
  • First experience on CRM tools (Salesforce) is appreciated
  • Good knowledge of Excel
  • Knowledge of database management
  • Autonomy, thoroughness, rigor, responsiveness, organization and curiosity
  • Good interpersonal skills and stimulated by teamwork
  • Good communication and writing skills in both French and English

Souhaitable

  • First experience on CRM tools (Salesforce)
  • Good knowledge of Excel
  • Knowledge of database management

  • Logistique et opérations : Piloter l’organisation événementielle de bout en bout pour garantir une exécution fluide. Cela inclut la coordination, la production et l’expédition à l’international du matériel (éléments de stand, brochures, objets promotionnels), ainsi que la gestion des prestataires sur place
  • Préparation et coordination des équipes : Préparer et coordonner la présence des équipes Sales et Marketing aux événements. Vous leur fournirez toutes les informations nécessaires via des briefs complets, organiserez les plannings et serez le point de contact opérationnel de référence
  • Promotion et prospection commerciale : Assurer la promotion des événements via nos réseaux sociaux et campagnes d’e-mailing pour maximiser le trafic sur notre stand. Vous orchestrerez également la prospection des commerciaux en amont de l’événement afin d’optimiser leurs agendas de rendez-vous
  • Gestion des leads et suivi du ROI : Piloter le suivi post-événement pour maximiser les retombées commerciales. Vous évaluerez la performance des événements en suivant les leads générés et les opportunités qualifiées (QOs), afin d’en mesurer précisément le retour sur investissement
  • Stratégie événementielle et veille : Contribuer à la stratégie globale en participant à l’élaboration de la feuille de route avec l’Event Marketing Specialist. Vous identifierez les événements sectoriels incontournables et les nouvelles opportunités de marché
