Leading local marketing and digital strategy, this senior hands-on role adapts global/regional direction to market needs while driving measurable impact across B2B/B2C. Core focus areas include brand visibility, clinic and key account activation, KOL engagement, and agency/budget management. The role brings TEOXANE's science-led premium positioning to life through locally relevant content and innovative digital approaches. Works in close collaboration with the distributor, field teams, Medical Education, and APAC/global stakeholders.
Responsabilités
Develop and execute TEOXANE Thailand’s local marketing and digital plan
Support the distributor and field teams with impactful campaigns, clinic activation tools, and customer-facing materials
Design and deliver B2B and relevant B2C initiatives with clear objectives, timelines, KPIs, and post-activity analysis
Strengthen brand presence across digital, social, clinics, events, medical education, and relevant consumer channels
Drive KOL, faculty, clinic, and key account engagement in collaboration with Medical Education and field teams
Ensure all activities are medically aligned and compliant with regulatory standards for dermal fillers
Manage the local digital ecosystem (social media, website, CRM, email, landing pages) and leverage digital and AI tools
Lead product launches and campaign execution end-to-end
Manage the marketing budget with strong cost control, prioritization, and ROI tracking
Oversee agencies and vendors (briefing, negotiation, quality, timelines, compliance)
Monitor performance (sales, market share, campaigns, competitors) and translate insights into actionable growth initiatives
Develop high-quality, compliant content aligned with TEOXANE’s premium and scientific positioning
Prepare clear reports and business updates for local, APAC, and global stakeholders
Exigences
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Digital, or related field
Minimum 7 years of experience in marketing, digital, or brand management roles
Experience in aesthetics, dermatology, healthcare, beauty, or premium brands preferred
HA injectable experience strongly preferred
Strong knowledge of the Thai aesthetics market (KOLs, clinics, key accounts) is a plus
Proven ability to execute B2B and relevant B2C programs, digital campaigns, and product launches
Solid expertise in digital marketing, content strategy, and performance tracking
Good understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements in dermal fillers
Experience working with distributors, sales teams, medical education, agencies, and cross-functional stakeholders
Strong analytical and presentation skills
Hands-on, proactive, organized, and commercially driven
Fluency in Thai and strong English communication skills required
Souhaitable
Experience in aesthetics, dermatology, healthcare, beauty, or premium brands
HA injectable experience strongly preferred
