Responsabilités:

  • Superviser et accompagner une équipe dynamique au quotidien
  • Assurer une expérience client au top grâce à votre expertise et votre passion
  • Participer à la mise en œuvre des actions commerciales et à l’animation du point de vente
  • Travailler en étroite collaboration avec votre équipe pour atteindre les objectifs
  • Être un acteur clé dans l’organisation et la gestion opérationnelle du restaurant
  • Garantir la gestion du service et la satisfaction client à chaque instant
  • Motiver, encadrer et développer votre équipe, en créant une ambiance conviviale et performante
  • Assurer la bonne application des normes d’hygiène et de sécurité, en garantissant le respect des process internes
  • Participer activement à la gestion des stocks, des approvisionnements et des inventaires
  • Contribuer à l’évolution de la stratégie commerciale et participer à des projets d’envergure

Exigences:

  • Moins de 2 ans d’expérience
  • Niveau d'études : pas de préférence
  • Vous êtes un leader dans l’âme, avec un excellent relationnel et une vraie passion pour la gestion d’équipe
  • Vous avez une expérience significative en management, idéalement dans le secteur de la restauration ou du retail
  • Proactif(ve), rigoureux(se) et toujours à la recherche de nouvelles opportunités pour améliorer l’expérience client
  • Un sens du service client développé et une envie de transmettre votre expertise
