Tripletta, c’est une famiglia née à Belleville en 2016, autour d’un four à bois qui ne s’est jamais éteint. Aujourd’hui, on compte 15 pizzerias napolitaines à Paris, Bordeaux, Marseille, Toulouse, Lille, Lyon, Rennes… et l’aventure est loin d’être finie. Responsabilités:

  • Accueillir, conseiller et faire vivre l’expérience Tripletta, de la prise de commande à l’encaissement
  • Gérer les commandes sur place, à emporter et en livraison
  • Superviser les équipes pendant le service, organiser les plannings et accompagner les nouveaux entrants
  • Piloter les stocks, les approvisionnements et garantir l’application des process (hygiène, sécurité, qualité)
  • Assurer les ouvertures/fermetures, les clôtures de caisse et l’intérim en l’absence du Directeur
  • Veiller à la bonne tenue du lieu et de la salle, en lien étroit avec le chef pizzaiolo
  • Être moteur sur le recrutement, la cohésion d’équipe et la satisfaction client
  • Participer à la réputation du restaurant, y compris sur les réseaux sociaux

Exigences:

  • Expérience confirmée en restauration avec un fort sens du service
  • Leadership naturel, bon communicant, esprit d'équipe et sens du détail
  • Réactif·ve, force de proposition, vous aimez faire avancer les choses
  • Fibre commerciale, sourire contagieux, et envie de faire carrière dans un groupe en pleine croissance

Souhaitable:

la maîtrise d’une langue étrangère ainsi des notions en œnologie ou mixologie
