Le Manager joue un rôle pivot entre la stratégie commerciale, la gestion de projets et le pilotage d’équipe. Il développe l’activité de la Direction Mobilité Opérationnelle en consolidant les relations clients, en structurant les offres et en assurant le pilotage de projets et d’équipes. Il est garant de la qualité des prestations, du respect des engagements contractuels, de la déclinaison opérationnelle de la stratégie du groupe et de la montée en compétence des collaborateurs sous sa responsabilité.

Responsabilités:

  • Développement commercial de la practice et de la Direction: contribuer à la stratégie commerciale, aux offres, à la fidélisation client, aux leviers de croissance, aux appels d'offres
  • Management d’équipes: piloter une équipe pluridisciplinaire, décliner la stratégie, suivre et reporter l’activité, développer les compétences
  • Suivi contractuel et commercial: être l’interlocuteur privilégié des clients, assurer le respect des clauses contractuelles, suivre la facturation, piloter le P&L
  • Production et pilotage de projets: pilotage de projets clients, pilotage opérationnel d’équipe, contribution à la production en qualité d’expert
  • Contribuer aux engagements RSE et aux objectifs de développement durable

Exigences:

  • Bac +5
  • 12 ans d'expérience dans le secteur du transport et de la mobilité
  • Appétence pour les technologies liées à la mobilité (billettique, MaaS, données...)
  • Expérience managériale auprès d'équipes larges et pluridisciplinaires
  • Vision stratégique
  • Leadership et capacité à fédérer des équipes
  • Maîtrise de la gestion de projet et capacité à prioriser
  • Bonnes capacités de synthèse et d'analyse
  • Bonne maîtrise des outils informatiques
  • Bonnes capacités relationnelles et rédactionnelles
