Description du poste:

Role involves leading a small team to deliver high-quality member service, ensuring operational efficiency, and improving processes while fostering team development. Strategic and operational focus required.

Responsabilités:

supervise and lead a team dedicated to member relations
ensure smooth coordination with other departments
organize and optimize request handling
maintain adherence to deadlines and satisfaction objectives
monitor and improve team service quality
address complex requests and claims
analyze and enhance service processes
train and develop team members

Exigences:

3 years of experience in a similar position
experience in supervising a call center or customer service team related to health or insurance
proficiency in customer relationship techniques and flow management tools
strong managerial skills
organized and rigorous
focused on client satisfaction
operational approach
ability to strengthen the team when necessary

Souhaitable:

experience in health or insurance
strategic managerial mindset
ability to improve service processes
