Description du poste:

Manager or Senior Manager position in Industries and Services sector based in Lille, France. The role involves supporting business transformation for clients in Industry and Services sectors, working on strategic digital projects, organizational design, change management, and IT strategy. The position is part of a regional consulting practice with 250 professionals across five offices in France.

Responsabilités:

Support client business transformation in Industry and Services sectors
Operational deployment of strategic digital projects
Business and IT system design (new service/usage design, organizational design, business process reengineering)
Change management and deployment strategy
Data utilization and customer experience improvement
CSR initiatives at scale
Transformation project and program management
Large-scale change management
Business or IT transformation
IT strategy support: IT governance and management, master plan revision, IT department organization consulting
Major role in selling high-stakes missions
Supervise consultants on missions or internal projects
Contribute to practice publication policy (articles, studies, press releases)
Produce part of the missions yourself

Exigences:

Minimum 8 years experience in consulting with cross-functional corporate experience
Degree from a top engineering school, business school or equivalent
Proficiency in written and spoken English
Proven management experience
Aptitude for business development
Expertise in Industry, Retail and Supply Chain sectors
Expertise in digital and business transformation (Industry 4.0, AI, etc.)
Expertise in consulting areas such as organizational transformation and optimization, change management, audit, strategy, program management support, business analysis, and innovation
Entrepreneurial spirit with ability to be demanding and pragmatic while working within a human-scale collective
