Intégré au sein de notre Data Office et rattaché au Senior Director Data, votre mission principale sera de définir et appliquer le cadre de gouvernance des données, en garantissant la qualité et la cohérence des données critiques, tout en renforçant la maturité de l’entreprise en matière de données de référence et de Master Data Management.

Responsabilités:

  • Définir et appliquer le cadre de gouvernance des données
  • Garantir la qualité et la cohérence des données critiques
  • Renforcer la maturité de l’entreprise en matière de données de référence et de Master Data Management
  • Déployer et structurer le cadre de gouvernance data : politiques, standards, rôles et processus transverses
  • Superviser la qualité des données (contrôles, suivi, plans de remédiation)
  • Coordonner les initiatives de conformité et de protection des données (RGPD, sécurité, bonnes pratiques internes)
  • Piloter le Data Catalog, les référentiels et la documentation
  • Accompagner les équipes métiers dans l’expression et l’optimisation de leurs besoins data
  • Renforcer la culture data-driven
  • Collaborer avec l’IT et les experts métiers pour améliorer la performance, la disponibilité et l’usage des données clés
  • Animer les instances de gouvernance (Data Council)
  • Conduire l’évolution continue du cadre de gestion des données
  • Identifier et prioriser les opportunités d’amélioration des processus liés à la data

Exigences:

  • Titulaire d’un Master en informatique, en gestion des données ou d’un titre jugé équivalent
  • Expérience significative et réussie dans un rôle similaire
  • Excellentes connaissances des outils de Master Data Management et de catalogues de données
  • Maîtrise parfaite du français et de l’anglais, tant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit
  • Excellentes capacités de communication et de vulgarisation
  • Leadership collaboratif, sens du service et capacité à fédérer
  • Rigoureux, doté d’un sens aigu du détail et d’une forte intégrité
  • Capable de concilier vision stratégique et exécution opérationnelle
  • Approche analytique, structurée et orientée amélioration continue
