BAC+5 level
Minimum 8 years experience in project management or construction company in urban development, infrastructure, VRD or civil engineering
Experience in supervising large-scale construction projects (> €3M excluding tax) desired
Experience in Urban Transport field a plus
Mastery of professional tools (Autocad, MS Project, Office suite)
Knowledge of public procurement regulations, construction rules in urban development - roads - VRD (earthworks, pavements, sanitation, networks, public lighting, signage, civil engineering)
Knowledge of Public Procurement Code, MOP law and CCAG works
Strong writing skills
Solid foundations in project contract management and planning
Occasional day trips

Responsabilités

Pilot varied projects: urban development, cycle paths (Voies Lyonnaises, greenways...), town center redevelopment, linear infrastructure (roads, BHNS)
Complete project management: studies and construction supervision for urban development, VRD and linear infrastructure projects
Study phase: project management, team management, meeting facilitation, writing documents (CCTP, notices), estimates, bid analysis
Construction phase: contract management, technical and financial management, construction control, VISA, AOR
OPC: planning, coordination, interface management with concessionaires and companies
Agency development: participation in responses to calls for tenders, structuring of technical offers, feedback animation
Client and partner relations: contract management, production organization with support from department head
