Vous êtes passionné(e) par la maintenance, la réparation et la sécurité des équipements ? Vous souhaitez rejoindre une équipe dynamique et contribuer à la disponibilité optimale de nos installations ? Alors ce poste est fait pour vous ! Rattaché(e) au Responsable maintenance, en tant que Technicien mécanique, vous jouerez un rôle essentiel dans notre usine. Votre mission consistera à assurer la marche, l'entretien et la réparation des équipements afin de contribuer à une meilleure disponibilité des équipements tout en réduisant les couts d'entretien.

Responsabilités:

  • Effectuer les interventions mécaniques suivant les plans journaliers des travaux
  • Assurer la marche des machines
  • Effectuer les travaux d'entretien préventif suivant le planning
  • S'assurer que les équipements fonctionnent en respectant les conditions de sécurité
  • Analyser, avec les opérateurs machines, les défaillances répétitives pour déterminer les causes principales
  • Participer à l'élaboration et l'exécution des plans d'entretien préventif
  • Respecter les consignes d'hygiène et de sécurité suivant les normes

Exigences:

  • Formation: diplôme de technicien niveau Bac +2 en mécanique
  • Expérience de 3 ans en maintenance mécanique
  • Maitrise de la maintenance d'équipements, réparation et entretien
  • Capacité à diagnostiquer et résoudre les pannes et les problèmes techniques
  • Aptitude à effectuer des opérations de maintenance préventive
  • Familiarité avec la maintenance d'équipements industriels et les environnements de production

  • Utilize internal computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) to track all equipment assets and to complete work order requests for maintenance work
  • Safely assist in providing emergency monitoring and response to various abnormal conditions with supervision following emergency operating procedures (EOPs)
  • Gather necessary information and participate in the creation of incident timelines/data, root-cause analyses, and/or action items following an abnormal condition as required
  • Perform various types of maintenance (e.g., planned, predictive, corrective) as assigned following methods of procedure (MOPs), and standard operating procedures (SOPs). Provide assistance by prepping materials and performing administrative tasks as instructed
  • Document tasks/issues found in maintenance and troubleshooting for follow up as needed and escalate as appropriate
