Responsabilités

Terrassement: Operate wheeled or tracked machinery to prepare sites
Precision work: Dig trenches, install utilities and linear elements (curbs, drainage channels)
Technical reading: Read and interpret site plans for perfect execution
Collaboration: Work in total synchronization with ground teams
Safety: Be responsible for your own safety and that of your colleagues around the machine

Responsabilités

Operate bag-making machines and supply equipment with the appropriate materials
Set up machinery according to the requirements of each production order
Measure sample products to ensure bags meet order specifications
Verify the quality and compliance of finished products at every stage of production
Detect defects in bags, identify root causes, and resolve issues
Perform minor maintenance tasks and basic repairs on equipment
Troubleshoot equipment in case of malfunctions
Complete production and quality reports
Inspect and verify the quality of produced materials
Relay relevant information about ongoing production to the next team

Exigences

BAC+2 in Industrial Maintenance or BAC+3 License (automation, robotics...)
Experience in a similar role (ideally in the Food industry)
Skills in electricity, mechanics, and pneumatics (automation is a plus)
Basic knowledge of GMAO
Knowledge of hygiene and safety rules
Rigor, autonomy, versatility, organization, reactivity, curiosity, and team spirit
Acceptance of 3x8 shift work

Responsabilités

Provide technical assistance to machine operators for mechanical, electrical, or pneumatic adjustments
Monitor equipment condition and report to supervisor
Perform autonomous corrective maintenance: troubleshooting machines within assigned area
Identify and diagnose malfunctions or breakdowns and define immediate corrective actions
Decide on intervention (duration, resources, urgency) and communicate quickly to supervisor
Maintain equipment in working order based on needs and preventive plan, and occasionally on identified malfunctions
Ensure the success of intervention (visual and functional test) and report on GMAO sheet
