Description du poste:

As Vice President M&A, you will play a central role in our company's growth strategy through strategic acquisitions, divestments, and other transactions. Reporting to the Global Head of M&A, you will oversee the entire transaction lifecycle, working with Management to identify, evaluate, and implement transformative opportunities.

Responsabilités:

Lead merger and acquisition processes
Manage all aspects of transactions, including document preparation, Due Diligence, and contract negotiations
Lead M&A projects such as divestments, acquisitions, carve-outs, and cross-border transactions
Oversee internal teams and coordinate external advisors
Supervise Due Diligence processes
Maintain close relationships with key stakeholders
Identify potential opportunities for cross-border transactions
Address complex challenges and provide insights to senior management
Develop and execute post-merger integration programs
Provide timely updates and detailed reports on M&A activities to the General Management
Evaluate completed transactions to ensure they meet expectations and make necessary adjustments

Exigences:

10 years of experience in mergers and acquisitions, investment banking, private equity, or business development
Proven track record of successful transactions
Deep knowledge of the technology sector, particularly in digital services, consulting, IP solutions, infrastructure management, and BPO
Strong negotiation and presentation skills
High level of integrity and professionalism
Very good level of English (C1/C2)
