Validation of advertisements and communication materials
Monitoring of the bank's cross-functional projects, particularly in digitalization and modernization projects
Monitoring of company litigation and pre-litigation and steering of our lawyers
Advice to operational staff: daily support for operational staff on various questions related to our activity
Insurance: management of corporate insurance policies, ensuring renewal and claims management

Supervise operations and conduct internal audits to ensure Level 1 and 2 compliance with procedures
Train and mentor the NDT team to ensure skills development and certification towards Level 2
Collaborate with other Level 3 experts to ensure technical redundancy and share the validation workload
Administer internal certification examinations for team technicians
