Responsabilités

Contribute to the deployment of the Ethics and Compliance program for the French subsidiary, with the possibility of impacting projects at the Global level
Participate in the development and implementation of various mechanisms: anti-corruption and duty of vigilance, to comply with group standards and national regulations
Also intervene in the assessment of operational risks (quality, safety, environment, etc.)
Work on mapping corruption risks, evaluating third parties (implementation of a due diligence tool, contractual clauses, etc.)
Design/deliver training for operational teams
Manage alerts and internal investigations: administrative follow-up of reports, internal investigations
Advise and support all operational teams on good compliance practices and integrate compliance from the outset of operational projects
Conduct targeted legal monitoring and propose process improvements
