Pour le compte d'un leader mondial de l'industrie de la santé, nous recherchons un Expert Senior en Conformité Légale pour rejoindre la cellule "Projets & Support" de ses services techniques en Belgique. L’enjeu est stratégique : garantir la conformité réglementaire de plus de 70 familles d'équipements sur plusieurs sites d’envergure (Braine-l’Alleud, Anderlecht et prochainement Louvain). Vous agirez comme le garant de la conformité des nouveaux actifs (bâtiments et installations) avant leur intégration dans le cycle de vie opérationnel, tout en apportant un soutien de haut niveau à l'équipe en place.

  • Gestion de la Conformité en Phase Projet (Amont)
  • Support Expert et Analyse (Opérationnel)

Exigences

  • Certification : Conseiller en Prévention (obligatoire)
  • Environ 10 ans de maturité professionnelle avec une spécialisation prouvée en conformité légale (dépassant le cadre strict du HSE)
  • Une expérience en milieu pharmaceutique ou industriel complexe est un atout majeur
  • Maîtrise solide (sans nécessairement être expert sur chaque point) des domaines suivants : RGIE (BT/HT), équipements sous pression, protection incendie, Legionella et ATEX
  • Capacité à s'approprier rapidement de nouveaux cadres réglementaires
  • Maîtrise parfaite du Français et de l'Anglais (capacité impérative à mener des réunions techniques en anglais)
  • Communication assertive et capacité à vulgariser des sujets réglementaires complexes
  • Esprit d'analyse rigoureux et excellentes capacités de reporting
  • Pédagogie et esprit d'équipe prononcé
  • Capacité à naviguer dans des environnements à forts enjeux politiques ou stratégiques

  • Develop strategy and tactics for an integrated Medical Plan (Medical Science Liaisons, Medical Education, Medical Communications and Publications, Health Outcomes, Safety, and Clinical Research including Phase IIIB-IV and Investigator Sponsored Trials) and annual budget for assigned Dermatology products
  • Execute the Integrated Medical Plan to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery of all tactical activities and deliverables
  • Communicate the details and Progress of the Medical Plan to Management, the Core Team, and all parties responsible for execution
  • Provide relevant data evidence to ensure that strategy is clearly defined and consistent with clinical development and commercial strategic objectives
  • Support the generation and communication of scientific and medical insights to internal stakeholders, develop/execute strategic and tactical Medical Engagement Plans
  • Provide impactful medical strategy and expertise to Clinical, Commercial, Market Access, and Regulatory partners
  • Ensure strategic and cross-functional alignment across the organization and any joint ventures to achieve the medical mission of supporting safe and appropriate use of Dermatology products, cultivating a culture of teamwork and collaboration to ensure the delivery of key priorities
  • Provide medical leadership and expertise to sales, marketing, legal, and regulatory functions for marketed products and drugs in development
  • Pro-actively provide guidance and collaborate with field team, marketing, HEVA, Market Access, and sales teams
