The apprentice will actively participate in the acquisition, engagement, and long-term loyalty of IKEA Family members while supporting stores to increase their member base. They will cooperate with key stakeholders and contribute to multichannel achievements, embodying IKEA values.

Responsabilités:

Actively participate in the acquisition, engagement, and long-term loyalty of IKEA Family members
Support stores in increasing and developing their member base
Cooperate with key stakeholders
Contribute to multichannel achievements
Be an exemplary ambassador of IKEA values

Exigences:

Passion for people and business
Experience in retail, preferably in the furniture and interior design sector
Interest in loyalty programs and CRM
Basic knowledge of customer engagement and behavior in sales
Understanding of multichannel reality and online customer behavior
Ability to understand IKEA's business complexity
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to prioritize and make quick decisions

Souhaitable:

Experience in retail, preferably in the furniture and interior design sector
Interest in loyalty programs and CRM
