• Lead and develop teams to achieve operational excellence by setting clear goals and ensuring efficient, high-quality, and customer-centric activities
• Ensure a safe, sustainable, and healthy work environment for all
• Lead Operations collaborators in their area of responsibility to ensure maximum product availability, operational capacity, always at the lowest possible cost
• Identify, recruit, retain, and develop the many talents of the Operations team to build a diverse and high-performing team, capable of taking on entrusted responsibilities and securing succession
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment throughout the unit and ensure Operations collaborators work in compliance with IKEA's code of conduct, internal IKEA regulations, and local health, safety, security, and environmental legislation
• Ensure effective and quality daily service in the assigned area of responsibility by: Contributing to the achievement of objectives, planning of collaborators and equipment, raising colleagues' awareness of quality to prevent and reduce damage
• Piloting the implementation of local Business plans/projects
• Analyzing workload to ensure daily volume processing and meet seasonal needs

• Ability to communicate clearly in English
• Mastery of the basics: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
