Responsabilités:
Lead and develop teams to achieve operational excellence by setting clear goals and ensuring efficient, high-quality, and customer-centric activities
Ensure a safe, sustainable, and healthy work environment for all
Lead Operations collaborators in their area of responsibility to ensure maximum product availability, operational capacity, always at the lowest possible cost
Identify, recruit, retain, and develop the many talents of the Operations team to build a diverse and high-performing team, capable of taking on entrusted responsibilities and securing succession
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment throughout the unit and ensure Operations collaborators work in compliance with IKEA's code of conduct, internal IKEA regulations, and local health, safety, security, and environmental legislation
Ensure effective and quality daily service in the assigned area of responsibility by: Contributing to the achievement of objectives, planning of collaborators and equipment, raising colleagues' awareness of quality to prevent and reduce damage
Piloting the implementation of local Business plans/projects
Analyzing workload to ensure daily volume processing and meet seasonal needs
Exigences:

Successful first experience in team management
Ability to combine rigor, benevolence, pedagogy, and managerial courage
Ability to lead by learning and developing, to inspire and engage, and to achieve results in a constantly changing environment
Comfortable delegating, setting priorities, and giving constructive feedback
Good knowledge of retail and/or logistics processes, tools, and working methods
Good understanding of budgets, costs, and performance indicator tracking
Knowledge of the following topics is a plus: customer, safety culture, quality approach, continuous improvement, operational excellence
Ability to communicate clearly in English
Mastery of the basics: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
