Description du poste:

Team leader for maintenance and general services at IKEA distribution center, responsible for managing and piloting these services within the unit to optimize value and efficiency of the site in a sustainable manner and in service of the business

Responsabilités:

Lead, pilot, plan, coach and monitor daily work and team development with focus on customer-centric approach and collaboration
Responsible for site management (building, equipment, etc.) throughout its lifespan regarding safety, compliance, maintenance
Implement relevant innovations and digital/technical solutions related to Facility Management scope
Participate in building/facility audits and other Ingka group/external verifications
Perform Facility Management operations as reinforcement and handle emergency/crisis situations
Ensure compliance with working methods, productivity, safety, quality at team and individual level
Active role in recruitment process for new employees
Ensure team works ethically and in compliance with internal regulations and legislation
Participate in and lead projects conducted by Facility Management function
Create environment where IKEA culture is strong and living reality

Sensitivity to sustainable development
Experience managing teams in multidimensional, changing environments
Significant experience in maintenance and general services, preferably in logistics or industrial sector
Experience managing or leading teams in this domain
Knowledge of risk management, cost management, and project and supplier management
Mastery of providing, organizing, and successfully following Hard Facility Management (technical maintenance) and Soft Facility Management (cleaning, pest control, snow removal, waste management, etc.)
Good knowledge of how sustainable development interacts with FM domain (energy consumption, water, emissions and waste management, chemicals, purchases)
Mastery of relevant IT tools for Facility Management
Clear communication in French and operational professional English

Souhaitable:

Knowledge in electricity, mechanics, hydraulics, pneumatics, automation, and handling equipment
University degree or professional qualification in Maintenance/Facility Management (or equivalent)
