Description du poste:

Team leader for maintenance and general services position at IKEA's new Customer Distribution Center in Limay, responsible for optimizing site value and efficiency in a sustainable manner while serving the business

Responsabilités:

Lead, manage, plan, coach and monitor daily work and team development
Responsible for site management (building, equipment) throughout its lifecycle
Implement relevant innovations and digital/technical solutions related to FM
Participate in building/facility audits and other Ingka group verifications
Perform occasional FM operations and handle emergency/crisis situations
Ensure compliance with working methods, productivity, safety, and quality
Active role in recruitment process
Ensure ethical work and compliance with regulations and legislation
Lead FM projects and contribute to projects led by other functions
Create environment where IKEA culture is strong and alive

Exigences:

Leadership skills
Customer service orientation and results-driven
Interest and comfort with new technologies
Sensitivity to sustainable development
Experience managing teams in multidimensional, changing environments
Significant experience in maintenance and general services, preferably in logistics or industrial sector
Experience managing or leading teams in this field
Knowledge of risk management, cost management, and project and supplier management
Mastery of Hard Facility Management (technical maintenance) and Soft Facility Management (cleaning, pest control, snow removal, waste management)
Knowledge of how sustainability interacts with FM (energy consumption, water, emissions, waste management, chemicals, purchasing)
Proficiency in relevant FM IT tools
Clear communication in French and operational professional English

Souhaitable:

Knowledge in electricity, mechanics, hydraulics, pneumatics, automation, and handling equipment
University degree or professional qualification in Maintenance/Facility Management
