Description du poste:

Team leader for maintenance and general services at IKEA distribution center, responsible for managing and optimizing site value and efficiency in a sustainable manner while serving business needs

Responsabilités:

Lead, plan, coach and monitor daily work and team development
Responsible for site management (buildings, equipment) throughout its lifecycle
Implement relevant innovations and digital/technical solutions
Participate in building/facility audits and external verifications
Perform Facility Management operations and handle emergency situations
Ensure compliance with working methods, productivity, safety, and quality
Active role in recruitment process
Ensure ethical work and regulatory compliance
Lead and participate in Facility Management projects
Create strong IKEA culture environment

Exigences:

Leadership skills
Customer service orientation and results-driven culture
Comfort with new technologies
Interest in sustainable development
Experience managing teams in maintenance and general services
Experience in logistics or industrial sector
Risk management knowledge
Cost management knowledge
Project and supplier management knowledge
Expertise in Hard Facility Management (technical maintenance) and Soft Facility Management (cleaning, pest control, snow removal, waste management)
Knowledge of sustainability in FM (energy/water consumption, emissions, waste management, chemicals, purchasing)
Proficiency in relevant FM IT tools
Clear communication in French and operational professional English

Souhaitable:

Knowledge in electricity, mechanics, hydraulics, pneumatics, automation, and handling equipment
University degree or professional qualification in Maintenance/Facility Management
