Description du poste:

Join IKEA for the adventure of opening a new Customer Distribution Center in Limay. This new 60,000m2 warehouse, with both conventional and automated racks, is located by the Seine for river or road transport. Under the responsibility of the Maintenance and General Services Manager, you will participate in the management and steering of these services within the unit to optimize the value and efficiency of the site sustainably and in service of the business.

Responsabilités:

Lead, plan, coach, and monitor the daily work and development of the team
Manage the site (building, equipment, etc.) throughout its life cycle
Implement relevant innovations and digital and technical solutions
Participate in building/installation audits and other checks
Handle emergency and crisis situations
Ensure compliance with working methods, productivity, safety, and quality
Play an active role in the recruitment process
Ensure ethical and regulatory compliance
Participate in and lead Facility Management projects
Foster a strong and inclusive IKEA culture

Exigences:

Leadership skills
Customer service orientation
Interest in new technologies
Sensitivity to sustainable development
Experience in maintenance and general services, preferably in logistics or industrial sector
Team management experience
Knowledge in risk management, cost management, and project and supplier management
Mastery of Hard and Soft Facility Management services
Knowledge of sustainability in Facility Management
Proficiency in relevant IT tools for Facility Management
Clear communication in French and operational professional English

Souhaitable:

Knowledge in electricity, mechanics, hydraulics, pneumatics, automation, and handling equipment
University degree or professional qualification in Maintenance/Facility Management
