Responsabilités

  • Piloter un segment de la production dans un environnement complexe, technique et exigeant
  • Encadrer et coordonner des Producers
  • Les accompagner dans l'anticipation et la résolution de problèmes
  • Interagir avec un client exigeant et accompagner les décisions stratégiques
  • Participer à la définition des budgets et des ressources et assurer leur mise à jour
  • Contribuer à structurer et faire évoluer les pratiques de production
  • Superviser la planification globale : roadmap, milestones, livrables, suivi des risques
  • Assurer une communication fluide et une coordination efficace entre les équipes de développement
  • Mettre à jour les plannings et outils de suivi (ADO, Excel, etc.)
  • Garantir le respect des standards AAA et la qualité des livrables sur son périmètre

Exigences

  • Au moins 10 ans d’expérience en production de jeux vidéo AA/AAA
  • Expérience confirmée en management d’équipes de production
  • Leadership naturel pour fédérer, mobiliser les équipes et prendre des décisions dans des contextes complexes et/ou d’incertitude
  • Tenace, débrouillard.e et orienté.e solution
  • Familier.e avec les pipelines de développement (design, art, engineering, QA)
  • Solides compétences en gestion de projet et outils associés (Excel, ADO, ou équivalents)
  • À l’aise pour construire, challenger et suivre un budget de production, incluant le dimensionnement des équipes (headcount) et l’allocation des ressources dans le temps
  • Parle français et anglais couramment
  • Connaît bien le marché du jeu vidéo, ses tendances et les attentes des joueurs, et observe attentivement les productions concurrentes et les nouveautés
