Pour un centre de distribution automatisé de grande envergure situé à Milmort, nous recherchons un Lead Operations. Véritable ambassadeur du terrain, ton rôle est de piloter un shift opérationnel pour garantir que chaque colis quitte l'entrepôt en temps et en heure, tout en assurant la sécurité et le bien-être de tes équipes.

Responsabilités:

  • Pilotage du Shift : répartir le travail, suivre les flux logistiques (In/Out) et s'assurer que les objectifs de qualité et de quantité sont atteints
  • Management de Proximité : encadrer 30 à 40 collaborateurs, accueillir et former les nouveaux arrivants et maintenir un climat de travail positif
  • Gestion Terrain : veiller au respect strict des règles de sécurité et à la bonne utilisation du matériel
  • Support Administratif : assurer le suivi des KPI du shift et agir en tant que backup du Team Leader

Exigences:

  • Expérience d'au moins 2 ans en gestion d'équipe, idéalement dans un environnement logistique de gros volume
  • Maîtrise des outils WMS/WCS (la connaissance d'AS400 est un atout) et des outils bureautiques
  • Compétences en leadership, résistance au stress et capacité à apporter des solutions rapides sur le terrain
  • Flexibilité pour travailler en horaires de pauses (6/2/10), de nuit ou de week-end (VSD)
  • Maîtrise parfaite du Français
