At least 10 years of experience in a functional role around data topics
Experience in the field of monétique and/or payment methods is required
Ideally a minimum of experience in software development

Responsabilités

Team Lead: Participation in team selection
Co-Construction of comitology, KPIs
Support for skills development of team members
Team animation
Reporting of risks and alerts to Sopra Steria and client teams
Business Analyst: Gathering needs from the User Pole and Regional Funds
Functional analysis and development of business responses
Writing User Stories, Epics and permanent documentation (product, change management)
Design and parameterization of monetic solutions (software package)
Preparation and execution of tests (acceptance, non-regression) and writing of plans/scenarios (XRay tool)

Responsabilités

Analyse des besoins recrutement CDI sur des profils IT (Solution Building, Project Manager, Business Analyst, Product Expert, Lead Developer...)
Identification des compétences techniques / soft-skills attendus avec les Directeurs d'Agence
Élaboration d'une stratégie de recherche des candidats cibles (construction des annonces, jobboard, réseaux sociaux, actions école, cooptation, reconversions, approche directe...)
Pilotage des processus de recrutement des candidats de A à Z : pré-qualification téléphonique, entretien RH physique ou à distance, suivi de l'entretien opérationnel, négociation des éléments contractuels puis proposition de contrat
Reporting régulier de l'activité dans l'ATS et analyses ponctuelles
Conduite de missions transverses inhérentes au recrutement : des chantiers nationaux (animation de la communauté des recruteurs opérationnels, déploiement du dispositif de cooptation, promotion de la marque employeur...)
