Integrate BPCE Assurances IARD, a company part of the 2nd largest banking group in France: The BPCE group. BPCE Assurances IARD designs and manages its non-life insurance contracts distributed by the Banque Populaire and Caisse d'Epargne networks to its individual clients. BPCE Assurances IARD is also a full-fledged, growing entity committed to supporting its policyholders in every situation.

Responsabilités

Provide legal advice and assistance to other company departments
Ensure proper application of legal and contractual obligations
Analyze legal and contractual risks and measure the impact of legal acts and decisions
Participate in the modification and validation of contractual documents (general conditions, special conditions, renewal notices, advisory notices...)
Validate positions on insurance mediation files and analyze rendered opinions
Participate in the design and market launch of new products
Support cross-company projects
Draft expert opinions for Validation Committees
Contribute to regulatory remediation of existing contracts
Contribute to the establishment of new partnerships in connection with business lines
Draft/amend distribution agreements
Develop and update contract templates (service agreements, management delegations...)
Validate commercial and educational materials
Conduct legal monitoring: monitor and analyze high-impact market topics, ensuring strategic monitoring of regulatory and sectoral developments likely to affect activities
Contribute to the development of BPCE Assurances IARD's positions
Participate in disseminating legal and case law updates within the company, including through monthly legal articles

Exigences

Master II with specialization in insurance law
Minimum 8 to 10 years experience in IARD insurance law
Experience acquired within an insurance company (insurer, broker) or law firm
Rigor
Excellent analytical, writing, and synthesis skills
Interpersonal skills and team spirit
Comfortable with both written and oral communication
Strong business sensitivity for effective dialogue with business stakeholders
