Description du poste:

Sopra Steria is seeking a Juriste droit social to join its legal team in Courbevoie, France, as a part of its HR division. The team provides daily support and expertise on all aspects of labor law (individual, collective, litigation) and engages in various HR-related projects to ensure clarity, rigor, and pragmatism.

Responsabilités:

Daily support for operational teams by providing reliable and adapted responses to applicable labor law within the company
advising operational teams on disciplinary procedures, contract terminations, and pre-litigation procedures
support in labor law litigation, liaising with lawyers and operational teams
preparation of employee representative body meetings in collaboration with operational teams
assisting in handling alerts or conflicts related to labor law
drafting legal memos on various topics, conducting legal watch, and providing recommendations
participation in the creation and delivery of training materials on labor law
participation and management of cross-functional projects in collaboration with HR or operational teams.

Exigences:

Master 2 specialized in labor law
at least 10 years of successful experience in a similar position in a company
knowledge of Syntec collective agreement is a plus
knowledge of the IT services industry (ESN) is a plus
dynamism

ability to handle multiple subjects at once

analytical capacity
proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
basic legal design knowledge is a plus
