Sopra Steria is looking for a Business Law / IT Contracts Lawyer to join its Legal Department in France. The role involves analyzing and designing complex contractual arrangements, drafting and negotiating contracts, monitoring their execution, and providing legal advice to operational and functional departments. The position is based in Courbevoie, France, with a hybrid work model allowing up to 2 days of telework per week.

Responsabilités:

Analyze and design complex private law contractual arrangements
Draft and negotiate associated contractual documents
Monitor contract execution
Provide legal assistance and advice to operational entities and functional departments
Participate in the Legal Department's transformation projects
Conduct legal monitoring

Exigences:

Master 2 - DJCE or equivalent in Business Law, Private Law, or ICT Law
Minimum 3 years of successful experience in the legal field
Experience in IT services preferred
Strong general legal culture
Ability to adapt to new technical or legal areas
Rigor, responsiveness, and intellectual curiosity
Ability to understand the technical and commercial environment of the company
Excellent command of English and contract law
Collaborative work approach
Professional commitment and adaptability
