Description du poste:

This is a versatile role that will touch on all aspects of the People function at Heetch. You will join a collaborative team, passionate about people and determined to support the company's growth in all our markets. Reporting to the People Lead, you will have a crucial role in supporting the People (HR) department of the headquarters and European countries. You will work closely with operational teams to support the entire employee lifecycle.

Responsabilités:

Recruitment – support the TA team by pre-screening CVs, conducting initial interviews, and ensuring an excellent candidate experience
Payroll – assist the Europe-based payroll team each month with expense management, pay slips, and administrative coordination
Events – organize local events for the team and help plan our seminars/retreats, ensuring logistics are perfectly managed
Projects – lead or support HR-related projects with precision and rigor
Travel management – manage the company travel calendar and coordinate trips from start to finish
Presentations – create clear and engaging visual materials and presentations for internal communications and leadership
Communication – write and share internal and external communications (Slack, LinkedIn, etc.) to keep everyone aligned and connected

Exigences:

Extremely organized, structured, and trustworthy
Obsessed with details
Natural multitasker who can manage multiple projects simultaneously
Excellent communicator, both written and oral (in French and English)
Practical (hands-on) and proactive
Curious and eager to improve processes, simplify systems, and support people
