IT Senior Project Manager position at Inetum, a European leader in digital services. The role involves managing IT projects through all phases from framing to completion, including project design, execution, and post-project evaluation.

Responsabilités:

  • Project framing: clarify objective, scope, dependencies, risks & issues
  • Confirm sponsorship
  • Ensure clear business rationale with ROI
  • Size effort required
  • Identify contributors
  • Study/Design phase: state business requirements, cost and time-frame
  • Coordinate experts to design solution
  • Identify risks and dependencies
  • Establish full financials
  • Design project governance
  • Design project roadmap
  • Secure resource plan
  • Execution phase: Drive roadmap execution
  • Share project status/progress
  • Identify risks & issues and propose mitigation
  • Raise alerts/escalate issues
  • Monitor budget consumption
  • Monitor feedback on project management
  • Prepare and chair governance bodies
  • Completion phase: Collect feedback from participants
  • Identify good practices and improvements
  • Update project management toolkit with lessons learnt

Exigences:

  • Experience in a project leader role (senior PM level)
  • Strong track record in successful interactions with peers in a non-hierarchical framework
  • Strong analytical skills
  • English – B2/C1
  • Strong communication and reporting skills
  • Capacity to interact with very senior employees of the organisation
  • Strong interpersonal skills, at ease to develop & maintain trust and effective professional relationships
  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
  • Proven coaching capabilities
