Au moins 5 à 10 ans d'expérience dans un poste similaire/en tant que IT Project Manager / Senior Project Manager
Diplôme Bac+4/5 (ingénierie, informatique, finance, gestion de projet ou équivalent)
Parler français et anglais
Excellente maîtrise des méthodologies de gestion de projet (Waterfall, Agile, hybride)
Solide background IT / applicatif
Expérience dans des environnements financial services / fonds d’investissement
Gestion multi-projets et Change Requests
Pilotage de budget, planning et ressources
Maîtrise des outils de reporting et de suivi projet
Compréhension des enjeux de sécurité, tests, UAT et pentests

Responsabilités

Piloter des projets IT de bout en bout dans des environnements complexes (fonds d’investissement, fintech, services financiers, etc.)
Gérer le delivery : périmètre, planning, budget, ressources et qualité
Coordonner l’ensemble des parties prenantes (Business, IT, prestataires, management)
Gérer les Change Requests et assurer la priorisation des demandes
Garantir la maturité des livrables avant mise en production (requirements validés, tests, pentests, readiness)
Identifier, suivre et mitiger les risques et dépendances
Animer les comités projet et les steering committees
Produire et présenter les reportings et tableaux de bord projet au senior management et aux sponsors
Être le point de contact unique pour le reporting exécutif
Appliquer et faire respecter les bonnes pratiques de gestion de projet
