Description du poste:

IT Business Analyst position at Sopra Steria in Meyrin, Switzerland. The role involves business analysis in the IT domain with responsibilities including requirements gathering, process mapping, functional specifications, and supporting technical teams.

Responsabilités:

Facilitate collaborative business needs gathering workshops
Map business processes involving good mastery of process modeling and BPMN notation
Write detailed functional specifications/User stories
Assist the Product Owner in their activities
Support technical teams (development team, product integrator, etc.) in understanding the expected solution
Perform integration tests
Support the business during the acceptance phase (UAT)

Exigences:

4 to 6 years minimum experience in business analysis in the IT domain
Higher education diploma in computer science (Engineering School/HES/Master or equivalent)
Experience in IT services company desired
Native French language
Excellent command of English (written/oral)
Swiss or European nationality
Service and commitment mindset
Experience as Product Owner, an asset
Scrum Master and/or Product Owner certification, a plus
Proven experience in test coordination
Ability to integrate, work in a team, collaborate and unite teams
