Internship - Private Equity

Private Equity division, with €7.9 billion in assets under management, operates across several verticals within four core strategies: decarbonization, regenerative agriculture, aerospace, and cybersecurity. The team based in Toulouse focuses particularly on the aerospace and cybersecurity sectors. Missions: You will participate in the evaluation, filtering, execution, and monitoring of private equity transactions, alongside fund development strategy. You will oversee the following missions: Perform sector, strategic and financial analysis of target companies; Build financial model and perform scenario analysis on Business Plan; Draft of investment memos and take part in the investment committee process; Provide support on portfolio companies' follow-up; Attend management meetings; Participate to fundraising strategy. The internship is Toulouse based.
