Under the supervision of our Communication Manager, you will be in charge of various communication tasks including newsletters, editorial content, interviews, social media, podcasts, and proofreading. During events, you will assist in coordinating talk shows and supporting the event organizing team.

Responsabilités

Planning, creating, and monitoring newsletters
Creating editorial content for various means (webpages, blogs, articles, communication material, programs)
Scheduling interviews, whether orally in-person, through a call, or by writing
Transcribing and preparing interviews
Collaborating on social media management
Collaborating on podcast creations
Proofreading English content for various communication channels
During events, you will assist in: Coordinating talk shows
Any other missions to support the event organizing team

Exigences

Studies in English, journalism, communication, or digital marketing
Excellent English
Excellent writing skills in both English and French
Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
Must be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and graphic design online tool (Canva)
