Sous la responsabilité de la direction et en lien avec une équipe pluridisciplinaire, vous êtes la garante de la prise en charge des personnes en situation difficile, de la qualité de l'accueil et de la sécurité des lieux (siège et appartements du CHRS).
Responsabilités:
Accompaniment and daily life: Guarantee cleanliness of collective spaces and rooms
Accompany hosted women in their new environment
Handle departures of hosted women and establish outgoing inventory
Safety and hygiene: Ensure compliance with HSE rules and internal protocols
Organize regular safety checks of premises
Supervise the work of the cleaning agent
Technical and logistical follow-up: Act as interface with the property owner and social landlords for planning, organizing, and monitoring technical interventions
Coordinate works
Organize moves and move-ins
Management of equipment, materials, linen, and donations: Manage and monitor inventories of furniture, equipment, linen, and cleaning supplies
Place orders and monitor deliveries
Organize and monitor distribution of hygiene donations to hosted women
Implement and maintain tracking, filing, and archiving tools
Budget management: Participate in monitoring the housekeeping budget (cleaning products, linen, small equipment)
Search for suppliers and compare quotes
Monitor invoices related to purchases
Exigences:
Diploma or experience in social work
Valid driver's license (Permis B)
Experience in a similar role in a social structure (e.g., CESF, ME, TISF) is an asset
