Exigences

Hold a bachelor's or master's degree in aerospace or a related engineering field
Have at least 5 years of experience in managing engineering projects
Have good organizational and planning skills
Have experience working with suppliers (an asset)
Have at least one year of engineering experience in the field of aeronautical systems
experience in hydraulic systems would be an asset
Have at least one year of experience in the field of embedded software development would be an asset
Be familiar with Part 25 regulations and the aircraft certification process
Possess excellent problem-solving skills
Possess strong interpersonal, influencing, and communication skills

Responsabilités

Lead and manage fuel system integration projects, from the design phase to commissioning
Develop detailed project plans, including objectives and timelines
Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions
Communicate project status effectively to various stakeholders
Participate in the design and planning of fuel system integration, in collaboration with engineering teams
Manage configuration of fuel system equipment and software
Perform the integration of different components of fuel systems, including mechanical, electrical, and control aspects
Develop and execute rigorous test plans to validate the functionality, performance, and safety of integrated systems
Diagnose and resolve technical problems encountered during integration and testing
Write technical documentation related to the integration, configuration, and testing of systems

Bonne connaissance des technologies Torrent, PKI, VoIP, Scripts (shell / python), Virtualisation : VMs & conteneurs (docker), Gestion de configuration git.

Responsabilités

Définir et mettre en place la stratégie Intégration Système
Apporter les bonnes pratiques d’intégration auprès des équipes d’intégrateurs
Piloter techniquement l'équipe en charge de l'intégration du système
Définir les moyens techniques et leurs adaptations pour les projets
Garantir la qualité de la solution en coordonnant les différentes équipes et experts.
Veiller à l’application des processus qualité et sécurité
Piloter l’intégration système pour respecter les coûts et délais.

Définition rigoureuse des nomenclatures de pièces (plans, document de contrôle des pièces sur plans, documentation descriptive des pièces standard…)
Réalisation de l’ensemble des documents nécessaires à la Fabrication (gammes d’assemblage et de validation…) des produits finis
Fourniture des outillages nécessaires à la Fabrication et à la validation des produits finis
