Description du poste:

You will join the IT department and the infrastructure security and production team responsible for managing the group's IT infrastructures. Your activities will include handling level 3 incidents and O365-related requests, designing and maintaining system architectures, managing virtualization solutions, and ensuring the availability, security, and performance of servers, networks, and systems. You will also collaborate with other technical teams and participate in IT infrastructure evolution projects.

Responsabilités:

Handle level 3 incidents and O365-related requests
design, implement, and maintain enterprise system architectures (Windows, Linux) and networks (LAN, WAN, VPN)
manage virtualization solutions
ensure server, network, and system availability, security, and performance
collaborate with technical teams to resolve issues and support projects
participate in IT infrastructure evolution projects

Exigences:

Bac+4 to Bac+5 in IT
significant experience in multi-system and network administration
solid knowledge of operating systems (Windows, Linux/Unix) and Office 365
ability to work in a team and multi-system environment
autonomy
adaptability
service-oriented mindset
