Ingénieur systèmes et sécurité

Reporting to the Operations Manager, within the DSI systems team, you are responsible for the operational maintenance and evolution of the company's infrastructures and security equipment, i.e., more than 500 office and industrial equipment. Within the framework of projects, you participate in defining architectures with a view to homogeneity and overall technical coherence and deploy solutions directly or by managing integrators and service providers. You ensure the development and updating of technical documentation and handle incidents from detection to resolution. You work in close collaboration with other team members to provide the best possible service to our internal clients. Your main objective is to improve the resilience safely of different computer systems necessary for the proper functioning of public transport operations in Bordeaux Métropole.
