Ingénieur Support Niv 3 Teamcenter position at Inetum, a European leader in digital services. The role is part of the Industry 4.0 team, composed of 250 consultants spread across several sites in France, specializing in IT transformation for industrial clients. The team offers comprehensive expertise in topics such as XLM, IOT, MES and Industrial Data Platforms, across various business sectors, relying on major market publishers.

Responsabilités:

Administer and configure different platforms (Prod, Integration, Training, sandbox)
Provide support to deployment and RUN teams
Participate in updating training materials
Respond to coaching requests
Conduct training sessions for administrators and users
Participate in incident processing
Knowledge of support processes (escalation chain, KPI, SLA)
Knowledge of Teamcenter solutions implementation (Deployment Center)

Exigences:

Minimum 5 years experience in Teamcenter platform administration and configuration (versions 13.1, 23.12 and 24.06)
Deep knowledge of support processes, incident resolution and providing support to deployment and RUN teams
Experience in implementing Teamcenter solutions, particularly Deployment Center
Knowledge of environment virtualization, especially with Azure, and Oracle database
Ability to provide training sessions and work in a team
Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
