Description du poste:

Ingénieur Production pour rejoindre notre équipe d'exploitation. Vous participerez activement aux travaux de production en utilisant principalement IBM Workload Scheduler (IWS) et Linux.

Responsabilités:

Establish technical documentation
Automate recurring incident and production management tasks with Bash Scripting
Process and create requests and incidents with ticketing tools such as JIRA and ITOP
Instantiate and manage IBM Workload Scheduler (IWS) workflows
Configure and launch workflow streams as requested by functional service
Schedule workflow streams at specific times
Manage interdependencies between workflow streams
Query, visualize, alert and explore metrics, logs and traces with Graphana
Investigate errors and anomalies in logs via Splunk
Handle morning shift
Ensure previous evening's workflow streams were properly executed
Ensure critical tasks are completed correctly and restart if necessary
Report status of each service and overall workflow plan status via email and Teams
List and report all network streams in error and restart them before a certain time
Handle evening shift
Verify plan is clean before evening plan starts
Verify Linux server file systems have enough space for evening tasks
Perform cleanup if necessary
Report situation before evening plan via emails and Microsoft Teams

Exigences:

Experience with IBM Workload Scheduler (IWS)
Linux experience
Bash Scripting skills
Experience with ticketing tools like JIRA and ITOP
Knowledge of Graphana for metrics, logs, and traces
Experience with Splunk for log investigation
Rigorous work approach
Autonomous
Good team spirit
Ability to work under pressure
Ability to manage priorities
