Description du poste:

Workstation Engineer position within a major French space industry player, joining a multidisciplinary Inetum team covering infrastructure activities for operational maintenance. Opportunity to participate in transformation projects toward private cloud infrastructure.

Responsabilités:

Level 3 support for user equipment, operating systems, applications and services
Define deployment strategies for workstations, peripherals and mobility equipment
Define Office migration strategies
Write technical documentation and procedures for support and engineering teams
Analyze needs and write specifications
Recommend and conduct integration studies, prototyping, implementation of related solutions (GPOs, directories, mastering, scripting, packaging, remote distribution, security)
Integrate new solutions: validate compatibility, operability, non-regression, security in client context
Qualify new hardware: validate compliance with client requirements, integrate necessary drivers, evaluate impacts, provide critical analysis based on client context

Exigences:

Bac +4/5 in computer science
Significant experience as a workstation engineer
Mastery of Windows 7/8/10, SCCM/MECM, Intune, Windows Autopilot, MDT, WMI/Scripting, GPO, Packaging
Knowledge of Microsoft technologies: Active Directory, Azure AD, Windows Server, SCCM/MEC, MS Office
Access control, antivirus, encryption, vulnerability management
IP/TCP/FTP, DNS, DCHP, WIFI solutions
Familiarity with ITSM tools
ITIL certification preferred

Knowledge sharing and expertise
Documentation and communication skills

Souhaitable:

ITIL certification
Experience with knowledge bases
Willingness to share experiences and ideas
