Ingénieur Poste de Travail N3 pour accompagner notre client dans un environnement exigeant et en pleine transformation. Projets en cours: Migration SCCM vers Intune; Migration Windows 10 vers Windows 11

Responsabilités:

Be the technical entry point for the client and CDS teams (Contact Center, proximity and N2 administration)
Participate in technical and architecture meetings with the client
Guarantee the quality of deliverables from a BUILD team dedicated to technical device management (PC, laptops and mobiles)
Ensure the security and compliance of workstations and mobile terminals

Exigences:

Minimum 5 years experience including 2 years on SCCM and Intune
Advanced PowerShell skills (4/5)
Expert SCCM administration (5/5) - administration, client strategy, version upgrades
Expert Intune administration (5/5) - administration, client strategy, collection management
Experience managing a fleet of 8,000 devices (Windows, Apple, Android, iOS)
Solid skills in administration and automation (PowerShell)
Knowledge of workstation security and compliance issues
Ability to work in a specific client context
