Description du poste:

The role involves designing and producing innovative digital training content, collaborating with various stakeholders, and experimenting with new learning approaches like AI and gamification. The position is part of the Digital Learning Center at Sopra Steria, which focuses on creating engaging and accessible learning experiences.

Responsabilités:

Design engaging content: Write storyboards and scripts in collaboration with project stakeholders
Produce multimedia content: Use tools like Articulate Storyline, Vyond, or Adobe Creative Suite to develop interactive, impactful, accessible, and eco-designed content
Innovate and propose solutions: Experiment with new approaches (AI, gamification, microlearning) to enhance training impact
Participate in project monitoring: Ensure adherence to schedules, present deliverables, and incorporate feedback

Exigences:

Master 2 in digital training or equivalent with a one-year apprenticeship
Curious, eager to learn, and motivated to work in a digital and innovative environment
Willingness to learn how to design digital training with tools like Articulate Suite (Storyline and Rise), Vyond, Camtasia, or Adobe Creative Suite
Good synthesis skills, adaptability, and teamwork
English proficiency is a plus, as well as sensitivity to accessibility issues
