Theodo Fintech recherche la personne qui sera en charge de structurer sa verticale Wealth Management, en développant les projets / clients existants et en lançant des offres innovantes pour devenir une référence sur le Digital Wealth.

Responsabilités

  • Développer de nos clients existants en créant les conditions propices à la réussite des équipes en en garantissant l’alignement entre la promesse et la valeur délivrée
  • Créer de nouvelles offres pour attirer de nouveaux projets et de nouveaux clients et faire grandir le CA de la verticale
  • Account Management & Relation Client
  • Développement commercial et prospection
  • Suivi des projets avec la Client Service Team
  • Propositions commerciales & Appels d’offres
  • Lancement de nouvelles offres
  • Participation à la structuration de la practice Wealth Management

Exigences

  • Diplômé(e) d’une grande école d’ingénieur ou de commerce
  • 3 à 8 ans d'xp en vente, dans le conseil serait un plus
  • Compréhension solide du secteur de l’épargne et de l’investissement (CGP, banque privée, Asset Management)
  • Maîtrise des techniques et méthodologies de gestion de compte
  • Forte curiosité pour la tech et le fonctionnement des produits digitaux
  • Excellent relationnel
  • Leadership pour embarquer tes collaborateurs dans des cycles de ventes complexes
  • Rigoureux dans la gestion de tes priorités et le pilotage de ta performance
