Vous souhaitez jouer un rôle clé dans la transformation industrielle et digitale d’équipes R&D et Engineering ? Vous aimez accompagner des équipes techniques dans l’adoption de nouvelles méthodes, outils et pratiques pour améliorer leur performance et leur agilité ? Voici une opportunité unique de piloter la transformation d’équipes d’ingénierie de pointe dans la Région liégeoise. En tant que Industrial Transformation & Change Manager, vous jouez un rôle clé dans la transformation des pratiques d’ingénierie pour soutenir des projets complexes et innovants. Vous êtes un acteur du changement, capable d’impulser une transformation durable et d’aligner les équipes sur les meilleures pratiques industrielles et digitales.

Responsabilités:

  • Piloter et coordonner des initiatives de transformation engineering, incluant : Harmonisation des processus
  • Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE)
  • Lean-Agile engineering
  • Intégration de la chaîne digitale (digital thread)
  • Traduire les objectifs stratégiques en plans concrets avec des résultats mesurables
  • Identifier les points de friction, inefficacités et opportunités d’amélioration au sein des équipes
  • Optimiser les workflows pour améliorer collaboration, qualité produit et performance de livraison
  • Accompagner le changement et accélérer l’adoption des nouvelles méthodes et outils
  • Développer et déployer des programmes de formation adaptés aux besoins et maturité des équipes
  • Assurer l’intégration des exigences qualité, cybersécurité et sécurité dans les nouvelles pratiques d’ingénierie
  • Suivre l’avancement des programmes de transformation via KPI, dashboards et reporting
  • Collaborer avec toutes les fonctions : engineering, industrialisation, excellence opérationnelle, QCS, management de projets, IT et opérations

Exigences:

  • Master en ingénierie, management industriel, systèmes ou domaine technique équivalent
  • 8 à 10 ans minimum d’expérience en ingénierie, transformation industrielle ou amélioration continue, idéalement sur des systèmes complexes (aérospatial, défense, automotive…)
  • Expérience confirmée en initiatives de transformation transverses avec impact mesurable
  • Maîtrise des pratiques MBSE, Lean/Agile et outils digitaux (PLM, Polarion, Jira, Capella…)
  • Solide compréhension des cycles de développement (V-cycle, Agile) et workflows opérationnels
  • Excellentes compétences en leadership et communication, capable d’influencer tous les niveaux hiérarchiques
  • Orienté résultats, pragmatique et autonome
  • Certifié(e) Agile, Lean, Change Management (ex : PROSCI)
  • Anglais et français courants

Souhaitable:

l’allemand ou le néerlandais est un plus
