Responsabilités
Contribute to the development of HR policies, procedures, and employee communications
Support the HR team in managing the onboarding and offboarding processes for new hires and departing employees, ensuring a smooth transition
Assist in organizing and facilitating training sessions and workshops for employees
Play a vital role in recruitment activities, which includes posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial candidate screenings
Conduct research on HR best practices and industry trends will enable you to support continuous improvement initiatives within the department
Collaborate with cross-functional teams on various initiatives as needed, fostering a collaborative work environment
Exigences
Enrolled in or recently completed a relevant degree program -Bachelor or Master 1 or 2 (e.g., Human Resources, Business Administration)
Comprehensive communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
Basic understanding of HR principles and practices
Willingness to learn and take on new tasks
Adaptable and flexible, easily operating in a dynamic start-up environment
