Chez Lifen, nous pensons que les données médicales ont le potentiel de transformer le système de santé. Mais seulement si elles sont accessibles. Plus de données accessibles → moins de charge administrative, une meilleure coordination des soins et des découvertes scientifiques plus rapides. Depuis 2015, notre mission est de libérer ce potentiel. Nos solutions basées sur l'IA permettent aux professionnels de santé de partager les informations médicales sans effort et aux chercheurs d'accélérer les découvertes cliniques : avec un impact sur des millions de patients en France chaque jour. Alors que nous nous préparons à nous développer en Europe, 2 choses déterminent notre succès : nos équipes et notre mission. Aujourd'hui, plus de 150 personnes travaillent depuis nos bureaux et à distance pour libérer le potentiel des données de santé. Nous avons connecté 800 hôpitaux et 150 000 professionnels de santé, et nous ne faisons que commencer. Nous recherchons des personnes qui embrassent la complexité, veulent résoudre des problèmes difficiles et sont prêtes à construire le futur de la collaboration en santé.

  • Être le relais RH du business
  • Accompagner et piloter le changement
  • Manager une équipe engagée
  • Assurer l’opérationnel RH
  • Faire vivre et évoluer la culture d’entreprise

Exigences:

  • Minimum 8 ans d’expérience en ressources humaines, dont au moins une première expérience réussie en tant que DHR
  • Parcours au sein d’au moins deux entreprises de tailles différentes, confrontées à des réalités et des défis RH variés
  • Expérience avérée au sein d’une équipe de direction
  • Pilotage de projets de transformation majeurs (internationalisation, fusions & acquisitions, etc.)
  • Une expérience dans le secteur de la santé serait un vrai atout
  • Track record démontré dans la transformation des pratiques RH grâce à l’IA ou à l’automatisation
  • Leadership, capacité à challenger et accompagner le business
  • Aisance à gérer l’opérationnel
  • Maîtrise des situations complexes (relations sociales, négos, contentieux, réorgs…)
  • Bilingue anglais/français (c’est indispensable)
  • Approche pragmatique, rigueur sur les process, et capacité à naviguer dans l’incertitude et à poser les bons gardes-fous

  • Lead the regional grading and job architecture framework, acting as the referent for maintenance, mapping and promotion of positions in collaboration with Talent teams
  • Acts as the referent of the annual update of pay ranges, salary, bonus and LTI benchmarks together with the Global Reward team, ensuring the regional compensation structure remains market competitive
