En tant que HR People Experience Lead H/F, vous accompagnez la croissance de l'organisation. Projet d'ouverture de site sur un lieu d'exception à forte visibilité. Entreprise internationale, avec des valeurs fortes. Acteur international du secteur du divertissement immersif. Dans le cadre de son développement à Paris, nous recrutons un HR People Experience Lead H/F, rattaché au General Manager, pour mettre en place la fonction RH et accompagner le développement des équipes.

Responsabilités:

  • Recrutement et on-boarding: définir et mettre en oeuvre la stratégie recrutement, gérer l'ensemble du processus de recrutement
  • Formation & développement des compétences: déployer des programmes de développement, mettre en place les process de performance, construire les plans de carrière pour chaque rôle
  • Développer et harmoniser la politique RH en cohérence avec les valeurs du groupe
  • Gérer les sujets RH quotidiens : contrats, paie, aspects légaux, outils RH
  • Développer des partenariats avec écoles, forums professionnels et autres acteurs du recrutement
  • Accompagner les managers sur tous les volets RH

Exigences:

  • De formation supérieure en Ressources Humaines
  • minimum 7 ans d'expérience professionnelle à un poste similaire
  • impérativement déjà participé à une ouverture de site
  • solide expertise généraliste: recrutement, paie, droit social, formation, marque employeur
  • expérience dans un environnement international et matriciel appréciée
  • reconnu(e) pour votre communication impactante et votre capacité à fédérer
  • savoir évoluer dans un environnement dynamique et en transformation

  • Monitor cross-functional initiatives to ensure they deliver measurable improvements in business performance, operational efficiency, and Employee Experience
  • Influence and guide HR Leadership, Centers of Expertise (CoEs), and HR Business Partners on digital adoption
  • Prioritize initiatives that drive organizational agility and alignment
  • Contribute to the harmonization across the America Digital Hub to ensure consistency and leverage regional synergies
  • Pilot the technology roadmap for HR (HRIS, CRM, etc.) strategy for Airbus Canada in close collaboration with global teams (Himalaya) and regional teams (HR Digital Americas)
  • Proactively lead the integration of Artificial Intelligence within HR
  • Scout emerging trends to replace legacy systems with innovative solutions that align with the company’s "People Strategy"
